TAPHOUSE FEEDBACK INCENTIVE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

KEY DETAILS

1. Promoter: Burleigh Brewing Company Pty Ltd (ABN 66 120 165 522) of 2 Ern Harley Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220 (Promoter, we, us).

2. Promotion: Taphouse Feedback Incentive – complete our customer feedback survey for a chance to win a round of beers on us.

3. Promotion period: Opens when the survey is first sent and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 1 November 2026 (Close Date). All times are Queensland time (AEST). Entries received after the Close Date are not valid.

4. Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and the Promoter's agencies and suppliers connected with this promotion are not eligible.

5. These terms and conditions form part of the promotion. By entering, you agree to be bound by them.

HOW TO ENTER AND HOW WINNERS ARE CHOSEN

6. To enter, complete the customer feedback survey in full and submit it before the Close Date. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

7. One entry per person. Entries are matched by email address; any additional entries from the same person or email address will be disregarded.

8. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, automated, or made using false details are invalid. The Promoter may verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

9. This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining winners, and the content of your feedback (positive or negative) does not affect your chance of winning.

10. The draw will take place at 10:00am AEST on Monday 2 November 2026 at the Promoter's address above. Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries.

11. Ten (10) winners will be drawn, each receiving one prize. If there are fewer than 10 valid entries, every valid entrant will win.

12. Winners will be notified by email by Wednesday 4 November 2026. Winners must reply to confirm their prize by 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 18 November 2026.

13. If a prize is unclaimed by that time, or a winner is ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an unclaimed prize redraw will take place at 10:00am AEST on Thursday 19 November 2026 at the same location. Redraw winners will be notified by email by Friday 20 November 2026.

THE PRIZE

14. Each winner receives one round of beers: up to five (5) schooners (425ml) of any Burleigh Brewing beer on tap, to be served at the Burleigh Brewing Taphouse, 2 Ern Harley Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220 (opening hours at burleighbrewing.com.au/pages/taphouse).

15. One beer per person. The round covers the winner plus up to four (4) friends, with each person receiving a maximum of one schooner. For example, a winner with two friends receives three schooners in total. Unused beers are forfeited.

16. The winner must be present and show the prize confirmation email and valid photo ID when redeeming.

17. The prize must be redeemed in a single visit, during taphouse opening hours, by close of trade on Sunday 29 November 2026. Prizes not redeemed by this date are forfeited.

18. The prize is valued at up to $70 (incl. GST) per winner (5 schooners at $14 each), with a total prize pool of up to $700 (incl. GST). The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, takeaway beer, or other products.

19. Prizes are subject to availability of beers on tap. If a beer is unavailable, the winner may choose another tap beer of equal or lesser value.

RESPONSIBLE SERVICE AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

20. Responsible service of alcohol. The winner and every person sharing the round must be 18 years or over and may be asked for valid photo ID. Taphouse staff may refuse service to anyone who cannot show ID or who appears unduly intoxicated, in line with Queensland liquor laws. Any beer refused on these grounds is forfeited, with no substitute or compensation.

21. Please enjoy responsibly and plan a safe way home.

22. The Promoter's decision on any matter relating to this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

23. If the promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to any direction from a relevant state or territory regulator.

24. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from entering the promotion or using the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

25. Privacy. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information (such as name, email, phone, location and feedback) to run this promotion, contact winners, and improve our venue and products. If you have opted in, we may also use it to send you marketing; you can unsubscribe at any time. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (burleighbrewing.com.au/pages/privacy-policy), which explains how to access or correct it and how to make a complaint. If you do not provide the requested information, you cannot enter.

26. Feedback submitted may be used by the Promoter, without identifying you, to improve its venue and products. The Promoter will not publish your name or feedback for marketing purposes without your consent.
