This year’s Frothtoberfest at Burleigh Brewing was a celebration to remember! Held at our Taphouse, the event brought together beer lovers, families, and friends for an Oktoberfest-style day full of frothy brews, delicious food, and lively entertainment.
With a nod to Germany’s rich brewing heritage, Frothtoberfest had all the elements of a classic Oktoberfest – but with a uniquely Burleigh twist. Here’s a look back at what made the day so special:
The Beer: A Taste of Germany with Burleigh Brewing Flair
Beer was, of course, the star of the show. We offered a lineup of limited-edition German-style beers brewed exclusively for Frothtoberfest. These included a smooth and malty Märzen, a light and refreshing Helles, and other seasonal brews that perfectly captured the essence of Oktoberfest.
Attendees got to enjoy their beers in true Bavarian style, with plenty of large steins clinking throughout the day, toasting to good times and great beer.
German-Inspired Feasts
To accompany the brews, guests indulged in a range of German-inspired dishes. From juicy bratwursts and crispy schnitzels to giant pretzels and sauerkraut, the food was a hit with everyone.
Live Music and Festive Vibes
Frothtoberfest wouldn’t have been complete without a live German band and some fun games and entertainment. From eating contests to stein holding and the ever impressive hammerschloggin- the festive atmosphere was infectious, with attendees dancing, singing, and getting into the Oktoberfest spirit.
Many attendees went all out, donning lederhosen and dirndls. It was great to see everyone embracing the theme.
A Day for Everyone
What we loved most about Frothtoberfest was how inclusive the event was. Families, couples, and groups of friends all came together to enjoy the day. Kids had a blast joining in on the entertainment, while the adults could kick back and enjoy a well-deserved beer.
Frothtoberfest really captured the spirit of community that we at Burleigh Brewing value so much. It was heartening to see so many familiar faces, as well as newcomers to our Taphouse, joining in the fun and sharing the experience together.
