Our Lagers Shine at 2024 Australian International Beer Awards

Burleigh Lagers Win Big

The results are in! And they are further confirmation and recognition of our entire production team's dedication and commitment to consistent quality, day in day out. From seven Burleigh Brewing beers entered – including five lagers - the judges awarded at least a gold or silver medal to every single one of those beers.

Burleigh Brew team

As everyone in our Burleigh Brewing universe has heard and knows, great product quality doesn't happen at just one point in the process or one moment in time. It's the result of a no-exceptions approach to consistently doing every detail well, every day - from cleaning (and cleaning and cleaning) all the way to the point when that cap gets carefully secured to the bottle.

Here’s to our brewing and packaging teams and their dedication to the stuff that matters!

Burleigh Brewers Steward Perentie Komodo Black to Champion Status

Burleigh’s team of brewers, led by Master Brewer, Brennan Fielding, is proud to be Perentie Brewings’s strategic brewing partner, providing technical brewing and operational capability to create and brew the brewery’s award-winning lagers.

Perentie Brewing launched in December 2023 and, with the Burleigh Brewing team behind them, is already earning a reputation for quality lagers. Perentie’s Komodo Black was awarded a Gold Medal and crowned 2024’s Champion Amber/Dark Lager.
